Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at, our aim is to get your scratch map to you as quickly as humanly possible because we are thrilled you bought from us! 



Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

We aim to process all orders same day or next day to ensure you get your maps as soon as possible. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All single orders are dispatched with Royal Mail and typically take 3-5 working days.

Orders of more than one item will be shipped via courier and typically take 3-5 working days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur which are out of our control

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped 


Customs, Duties and Taxes

UK Trail Maps are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

We really want you to be happy with our products - and will be genuinely disappointed if you are not, so we will try to rectify it as soon as possible!


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you can send it back to us within 30 days of your purchase and receive a full refund


To complete your return, send us an email to quoting your order reference number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return.  We will then send you a return confirmation email which you will need to print and include in the package.  

Postage will be at your own cost and please make sure you obtain proof of postage.  



Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days. 


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
